Windsor Winners

We had another enjoyable day at the Photovision Roadshow at Windsor on the 29th June. We held a prize draw and we are pleased to announce our lucky winners.

1st Prize of 4 of our Creativity Backgrounds rolls goes to Vallabh Kargathra

2nd Prize of 2 of our Creativity Backgrounds rolls goes to Maninder Ghatoray (pictured) mgphotovision.co.uk

Congratulations to both of you!

And a BIG thank you to all of you who came to say hello on the day, it's always great to put a face to a name or indeed to see old friends and get updates on your practice! The overall feeling was one of optimism for the industry and people are being creative with their marketing, not least in injecting a bit of colour into their studio portfolio, glad our 50 colours are being put to good use!

New Academy Dates

We've announced more dates in the Autumn for the Creativity Backgrounds Academy - one day courses for photographers.

We have two dates for the "Using Chromakey and Green Screen" course and two dates for a new course on Advanced Studio Techniques.

What does Order Status mean?

When you place your order with us the status of the purchase order (on the purchase order e-mai) is initially shown as PENDING. This means pending payment confirmation. When we get confirmation that your payment has gone through you will get an e-mail to say that your oder status has been changed to CONFIRMED (this is usually within a few minuites of the order being placed).

If for some reason payment fails the order status wil be changed to CANCELLED and you will get an e-mail to that affect.

If you don't get the confirmation e-mail within a few minutes of making payment please contact customer services.

Once we have prepared your order for delivery we will change the status to SHIPPED, you will be sent an e-mail notifying you of the change - this will include a tracking id so that you may track your order with the courier |(when supported by the courier).

We've added a new "colour" to the range.

�Our new ECO WHITE is a beautiful clean white paper background - same good quality as our Arctic and Polar white, but the added advantage is that it is even kinder to the environment. What makes it so Eco? Well, it's manufactured from Certified Managed Forests, and produced from 100% Hydro Power. It is also ECF Guaranteed (Elemental Chlorine Free) and contains recycled fibre. Obviously it's 100% recyclable, but schools also love it if you give them the off cuts!
