| What does Order Status mean? |
|
When you place your order with us the status of the purchase order (on the purchase order e-mai) is initially shown as PENDING. This means pending payment confirmation. When we get confirmation that your payment has gone through you will get an e-mail to say that your oder status has been changed to CONFIRMED (this is usually within a few minuites of the order being placed).
Once we have prepared your order for delivery we will change the status to SHIPPED, you will be sent an e-mail notifying you of the change - this will include a tracking id so that you may track your order with the courier |(when supported by the courier). |
