Can the rolls be cut?

Cutting a roll of photography background paper - photo: Carl DavisYes. If you want a roll width between the standard siizes the paper rolls can be cut (while on the roll) with a fine toothed saw.

Carl Davis says "if your roll doesn't fit onto your pole, in your car or in your studio space, why not just cut it to size like I do. The rolls come tightly wound so a little sellotape to stop the ends fraying and using a standard saw cut slowly and without too much effort it will soon be the perfect size"

The backgrounds are a joy to work with and enabled me to really push my creative boundaries with regard to the lighting, colour palette, and composition of my images.
