While we make every effort to ensure colour representations on the site are as accurate as possible variations in appearance may occur. If you have precise colour requirements order our Chip Chart.

Can I track my order?
You can see the status of your order by logging in and clicking on "Your Account" in the user menu in the top right corner of the screen . From your account page you can view and print previous orders. Order status is updated to show when we ship your order and we will notify you by e-mail. Where available we will include a consignment tracking number so that you can track your delivery via the courierr.

Orders with a TNT consignment number can be tracked through TNT's website here.
Order with a City Link consignment number can be tracked through City Link's website here.
