How about security?

We take security and privacy very seriously. Our site is SSL encrypted using a security certificate from Comodo. Your registration details are held on our database but we do not store your credit card or bank details on our systems. At checkout we ask you to enter card details and these are passed via an encrypted link to ProtX, the payment gateway. ProtX handle credit card verification and pass the results back to us, again via an encrypted link.

Please note that if your card is registered with the 3D secure scheme the payment gateway will try and open a pop up window to allow you to enter your 3D secure password. If you do not allow pop ups there is an authenticate button which takes you to your bank's 3D secure password page

We will not pass your contact details on to anyone else. We will from time to time send out e-mail news letters with our news and details of offers or promotions, you will have the option to opt out of these if you wish.

 
Can I track my order?
You can see the status of your order by logging in and clicking on "My Account" in the user menu in the top right corner of the screen (just above the login box). From your account page you can view previous orders. Order status is updated to show when we ship your order and we will notify you by e-mail. Where we have shipped via TNT we will include a consignment number and you can track delivery through TNT's website here.
 
When will I get my backgrounds?
Orders are dispatched from stock from our own warehouse in the Midlands. We usually process orders the same day they are received and with our standard shipping expect to deliver well within seven working days. We use either DHL or TNT (only TNT can handle the longer items). If you require next working day delivery this is available as a small extra cost option at checkout for orders received before midday (Mon - Fri) excluding public holidays. If you have special delivery requirements please contact us either by phone or using the e-mail contact form and we will do what we can to help.
 
Can the rolls be cut?
Yes. If you want a roll width between the standard siizes the paper rolls can be cut (while on the roll) with a fine toothed saw.
